This website is run by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

- zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
- navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader
We've also tried to make the content simple to understand.

What we're doing to improve accessibility
We plan to:
- Find out if we can allow users to save progress so the form doesn't need to be completed in one session
- Find opportunities to reduce the length and information required by users to complete the form
- Monitor the usage of this form to see where users drop out so we can identify potential issues
